Security

This web site is powered by Core Commerce and Fluffy Scarsdale has purchased its own SSL (secure socket layer) for the PlantWrapz website which encrypts and protects our customer credit card data at the moment card number is captured.  Credit card data is never stored on our network – providing true security and peace of mind.  All of your information, including credit card number, name, and address is encrypted.  If a breach does occur, encrypted payment data is of no use to thieves.  

Patents & Trademarks

The patent, trademarks, logos and copyrights (Marks) displayed on this Web Site are the property of Fluffy Scarsdale LLC or other third parties. Users are not permitted to use these Marks without the prior written consent of Fluffy Scarsdale LLC or such third party which may own the Mark.

Promotional E-mails

From time to time, Fluffy Scarsdale LLC will contact our registered customers who have opted in to be e-mailed with promotional information that we feel would be applicable to, and desired by that customers. At any time a customer wishes to opt-out of these e-mails, they may do so by contacting Fluffy@PlantWrapz.com. Once opted-out, the user will not receive any further communication from us, aside from any system messages that are necessary to service that user in specific transactions.

Payments

We process all major credit, debit cards, PayPal® and more. We also accept payments by check.  If authorization is declined for the full amount of the sale, don't try to get an authorization by "splitting" or lowering the amount of the transaction.  If you can't get a single authorization for the full amount of the sale, decline the credit card transaction. Request another form of payment.

We charge sales tax in Arizona only. If you are located in Arizona and have a resale card or certificate, e-mail, fax, or mail us a signed copy.  Our federal tax ID number is 45-2430130. Our Arizona sales tax number is 20729929.
